Hawaii Lawmakers Inch Closer To $10 Minimum Wage Hike

HONOLULU (AP) -- A key committee in the Hawaii House of Representatives advanced a bill that would increase the minimum wage to about $10 an hour, lower than the $10.10 that was previously called for in the proposal. Lawmakers in the House Finance committee heard a crush of testimony on the bill Wednesday.
